Expression is 9/10 of the Law

I got to thinking; a dangerous hobby that I like to delve into every so often, so I was thinking that I can't spell...I can't. You are reading the post of a former Stanley Town Elementary Spelling Bee Champion Extraordinare. Yeah, that's right I won a spelling bee a looooong time ago, but you certainly cannot tell by reading anything I've written.

I blame, Spell check, that's right all these years of writing things and having spell check check it has dumbed me down.

"Looking back on things I should have tried to go it on my own, but with all this technology on hand I couldn't help myself, but am I to blame for making use of it, is it my fault I'm dumbed up instead of smarted up?" Ha!

See what I mean? I have a run-on sentence with a dangling participle, and topped off at the end of the sentence with a preposition.

You know what I blame? Grammar check.

I can't add any more without the aid of a calculator, why should I when I go in a grocery store and calculators are stuck on the carts? No ~(pie are not squared), they're round and quite delicious. ;)

Can't cmplt a cmplt sntnce.....too busy text messaging.

Should "Fo shizzle ma nizzle," really be part of anyone's vocabulary? Why not it's on the radio and on the telly? Technology at it's finest.

I know that all this technology is meant to make our lives easier and more effective in the art of communication and business, but to tell you the truth I think it's actually dumbed me down.

My take on things.

Have an "automated, digitally enhanced, megabit, silicon chip full of RAM" day. lol TTFN :D

What's even scarier is that studies have shown the more you use computerized gadgets, the less you use your memory because you're depending on these things.

For example, those who type in phone numbers all the time will remember phone numbers. Those who have them all on speed dial will hardly know any by heart.
