Livin' in Babble-on

Today was not unlike any other day at work except for the fact that my boss had a brilliant idea; brilliant in her mind, terrifying in mine. She is a former news reporter and worked at tiny radio station in the town where I am employed. We have on occasion done advertising spots on the radio for our office. She's wonderful at that sort of thing, so why bother me with it?
She said to me today, "You know I think you should do a spot on the radio." I'm feart people. In high school I was terrified of public speaking, in college; less terrified... but still ill at the fact of having to speak in front of large groups of people.

I envisioned myself as one of those hick car salesmen with the thick southern accent. You know the one's who haunt the airways late at night. You know the one's shouting at the camera or mic, "Come on down to Big Al's(totally fictitious) and save, save, SAVE!!!!! "We gaurunnnnteee you won't find a better deal!!!!" Auuuugggh!This too shall pass, I guess.

***off that topic and on to another***
Hillbillyhobbit hear my screams among the throng of other technologically challenged people.

The sic pic won't work for me no matter how hard I try... believe me, I would use it if I could get it to work. Thanks anyway my friend.

~~~peace~~~
I hope you can get over that fear, because any kind of public exposure would be thrilling to me.
Those guys are awesome. They're especially bad in Colorado and Texas. Yeah, I've watched a little bit too much late night tv when I was a kid and couldn't sleep.
